Features:
- Strength and mobility: you can perform a large number of exercises with the resistance bands – for muscle building, definition, mobility as well as for warming up and gymnastics
- Simply anywhere: the Taurus Power Bands are a perfect substitute for dumbbells – thanks to their low weight you can also work out in the park or while travelling, for example.
- Pull-up aid: the resistance bands aid with dips or pull-ups, for example – meaning that you get the maximum number of reps out of yourself!
